Requirements:
- Degree in Management and/or Human Resource Management;
- 1 to 2 years minimum experience working in a consulting environment;
- Knowledge of national labor legislation;
- Experience in Payroll Systems implementation – Preference Dynamics NAV (Business Central / Navision);
- 1 to 2 years minimum activity on Payroll;
- Communication skills;
Ability to communicate with customers; - Analytical ability in the search for solutions;
- Teamwork;
- Resilience and adaptability;
- Dynamism, ambition, and delivery;
- Willingness to travel;
- English (spoken and written);
- Spanish (it is a valued factor, but not an exclusion factor).
