This experience levels:
- 3 Years’ experience in similar activity.
Principal Job Activities and Responsibilities
- Recruiting role: Jobshops, 1st interviews, reporting;
- Streamlining of Recruitment actions;
- Onboarding role: welcome new employees;
- Administrative support in HR processes;
- Internship Application Management.
These hard skills:
- Degree in HR Management;
- 3 years of experience on hiring for IT companies (preferred);
- Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese;
- Knowledge in Spanish is valued;
- Experience in a consulting environment is valued.
These soft skills:
- Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set
- Good personal presentation;
- Motivation to achieve individual and team goals;
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Entrepreneur and proactive;
- Availability to travel (within and outside the country).
